 1. COMPLIANCE W/FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION SECTION 505.,
 FOR FINAL INSPECTION, REGARDLESS OF WHO SUPPLIED THE
 ELECTRIC FOR THE SIGN OR WHENEVER IT WAS INSTALLED,
 THIS SIGN SHALL COMPLY WITH ENERGY CONSERVATION
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE CODE.
 2. FROM THE SUPPLIED DRAWINGS I CAN NOT TELL THE
 DIFFERENT SECTIONS THIS SIGN WILL BE BROKEN INTO.
 HOWEVER MANY SECTIONS, EACH SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE 2008 EDITION OF THE NEC SPECIALLY
 SECTION 600.6(A)(1)

 SHALL BE COMPUTED AS ONE SIGN AREA. PLEASE ADJUST THE
 MEASUREMENTS TO REFLECT THIS. [ZLDR S.94-405]
  
 2.) THE SIZE OF THE PERMITTED SIGN AREA IS BASED ON THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE BUILDING FACADE. MEASUREMENTS
 PROVIDED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION ARE INCOMPLETE AND
 INSUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN
 AREA (I.E. HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING FACADE IS NEEDED).
  
 3.) PLEASE REFERENCE S.94-409 OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), BUILDING FACADE SIGN
 AREA TABLE TO DETERMINE THE PERMITTED SIGN SIZE.
