 8) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE STRUCTURAL MULLIONS. PROVIDE
 TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS
 INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN

 9) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS ARE DEFICIENT. THE FL# IS NOT
