 3) THE AC PLAN NOTES INDICATES THE CONDENSATE PIPES

 HEATER AND VENT, AND THE KITCHEN HOOD AND MAKE-UP AIR
 COMPONENTS.
 PLEASE NOTE THE IGNITION SOURCE OF THE WATER HEATER
 SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 18" ABOVE THE GARAGE FLOOR,
 UNLESS LISTED AS FLAMMABLE VAPOR IGNITION RESISTANT-
 SECTION G2408.2 FBC-10 RES.
 4) THE AC PLAN APPEARS TO INDICATE FLEX DUCTS IN THE
