| | WITHOUT PERMIT, SO THE NEW OPENING IS TO BE EITHER THE |
| | SAME CLEAR OPENING SIZE UP TO THE REQUIREMENT FOR NEW |
| | CONSTRUCTION. |

| | THE OWNER UNDERSTANDS THAT TWO NEW WINDOWS WILL NEED TO |
| | BE INSTALLED TO BRING TO COMPLY WITH THE EMERGENCY |
| | MEANS OF ESCAPE REQUIREMENT. WE DISCUSSED THE |
| | POSSIBILITY OF PHASING THE PROJECT, UNDER ONE PERMIT, |
| | DUE TO FINANCIAL CONSTRAINTS (SUNROOM FIRST, BEDROOM |
| | WINDOWS WITHIN SIX MONTHS). |
