 UPON APPLICATION AND FEE PAYMENT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 SUBMISSION OPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 1 UPLOAD VIA THE PROJECTDOX PORTAL WITH DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS AS APPLICABLE; USE
 THE REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 2 INCLUDE ON A CD IF DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES ARE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED; USE THE REQUIRED
 NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 3 INCLUDE ON A CD WITH ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED; USE THE
 REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 4 ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER DESIGN DOCUMENTS SUBJECT
 TO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES TO DIGITIZE THE DOCUMENTS

 1A) THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT NEEDS TO BE BETTER
 DEFINED, IT APPEARS THE RENEWED WINDOW PERMIT 14120483
 HAS FAILED THE INSPCTION FOR ROTTEN WOOD BUCKS AND
 FRAMING. THESE ITEMS SHOULD BE A REVISION THAT TIES
 BACK TO PERMIT 14120483. ANY FRAMING THAT NEEDS TO BE
 REPLACED, PROVIDE DETAILS WHERE THESE LOCATIONS OCCUR,
 THE SAME WITH THE MULLIONS THAT HAVE EXPOSED CLIPS TOP
 AND BOTTOM. IF THE WINDOW FRAMING IS TO THE POINT THAT
 IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ALSO SHOW THE STRAPPING OF THE
 HEADER, JACKS AND FULL LENGTH STUDS. DEPENDING ON THE
 WIDTH OF THE OPENINGS THE JACKS/ CRIPPLES AND FULL
 LENGHT STUDS MAY REQUIRE DOUBLING.
  
 1B) THE OTHER ISSUE IS WITH THE WOOD BUCKS, IT IS NOT
 KNOWN IF THE BUCKS ARE BEING APPLIED TO WOOD FRAMING OR
 TO CBS CONSTRUCTION. THE BUCKS FOR BOTH WINDOWS AND
 DOORS IN CBS CONSTRUCTION NEEDS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 FBC-B
 1715.5.4.2 MASONRY, CONCRETE OR OTHER STRUCTURAL
 SUBSTRATE.
 WHERE THE WOOD SHIM OR BUCK THICKNESS IS LESS THAN 11/2
 INCHES (38 MM), WINDOW AND DOOR ASSEMBLIES SHALL BE
 ANCHORED THROUGH THE MAIN FRAME OR BY JAMB CLIP OR
 SUBFRAME SYSTEM, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER?S
 PUBLISHED INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. ANCHORS SHALL BE
 SECURELY FASTENED DIRECTLY INTO THE MASONRY, CONCRETE
 OR OTHER STRUCTURAL SUBSTRATE MATERIAL. UNLESS
 OTHERWISE TESTED, BUCKS SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE
 INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME SUCH THAT
 FULL SUPPORT OF THE FRAME IS PROVIDED. SHIMS SHALL BE
 MADE FROM MATERIALS CAPABLE OF SUSTAINING APPLICABLE
 LOADS, LOCATED AND APPLIED IN A THICKNESS CAPABLE OF
 SUSTAINING APPLICABLE LOADS. ANCHORS SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO TRANSFER LOAD FROM THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME TO THE
 ROUGH OPENING SUBSTRATE.
  
 2) WHAT APPEARS TO BE COVERED UNDER THIS PERMIT:
 (3) NEW HURRICANE PANELS TO COVER DOORS IDENTIFIED AS
 5, 8 & 9 NOTE THERE IS NO FLORIDA COVERSHEET ON THE
 SHUTTER REPORT.
 (3) UNKNOWN, IF PART OF THIS PERMIT, DOORS 5,8 & 9
 STATE THEY ARE EXISTING, THERE IS A NOA 04-0611.02 FOR
 OUTSWING PATIO DOORS, EXPIRED .
 (1) KITCHEN WINDOW A SEPARATE FL. REPORT # 2284 WAS
 SUBMITTED.
 ON THE SUBMITTED FLOOR PLAN THAT IS COLOR CODED, PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER BY EACH OF THE
 COLLORS TO IDENTIFY THE LOCATION WITHIN THE STUCTURE.
  
 3) PLEASE SEE THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE 13 WINDOWS,
 NOA 03-1211.01W03-105 SHEET 1 OF 5, INDICATES WINDOWS
 IN SERIES, (SIDE BY SIDE) WILL REQUIRE APPROVED
 MULLIONS, NOA 02-0227.01 IDENTIFY THE MULLION CLIP
 INSTALLED, ON SHEET 3 OF 4 IDENTIFY WHICH LOAD CHART BY
 ANCHOR TYPE INSTALLED AND ASSOCIATED PRESSURES AND
 TRIBUTARY WIDTHS,
  
 4) FOR THE NEW SINGLE HUNG KITCHEN WINDOW FL # 2284
 CIRCLE THE TYPE OF APPLICATION TO BE USEDFOR
 INSTALATION.
  
 5) STORM SHUTTER REPORT WILL NEED TO FILE OUT A SHUTTER
 SCHEDULE WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: A COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE SUMMARIZING & IDENTIFYING OPENING
 SIZES, STORY HEIGHTS, UNIT MARK NUMBERS, UNIT
 SPANS/WIDTHS, UNIT STORM BAR REINFORCING REQUIREMENTS,
 WALL PRESSURE ZONES, SLAT TYPES, ETC., SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED AT TIME OF PERMIT APPLICATION TO FACILITATE
 PLAN REVIEW AND PERMIT ISSUANCE. A SAMPLE SHUTTER
 SCHEDULE CAN BE PICKED UP FROM THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
