 THE 32" X 63" WINDOW DOES COMPLY. IT APPEARS THAT THE
 EGRESS WINDOW MAY BE THE ONE THAT IS PROPOSED TO BE
 ENCLOSED IN BEDROOM #1. PROVIDE THE SIZE OF THE
 EXISTING WINDOW THAT WILL BE IN-FILLED IN BED ROOM #1
 AND THE TYPE (IE SINGLE HUNG, HORIZONTAL SLIDING, ETC.)

 6) R310.1 EVERY SLEEPING ROOM SHALL HAVE AT LEAST ONE
 OPERABLE EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENING. WHERE
 EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS ARE PROVIDED THEY
 SHALL HAVE A SILL HEIGHT OF NOT MORE THAN 44 INCHES
 (1118 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR.
 R310.1.1 MINIMUM OPENING AREA.
 ALL EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS SHALL HAVE A
 MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING OF 5.7 SQUARE FEET (0.530
 M2).
 EXCEPTION: GRADE FLOOR OPENINGS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM
 NET CLEAR OPENING OF 5 SQUARE FEET (0.465 M2).
 R310.1.2 MINIMUM OPENING HEIGHT.
 THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING HEIGHT SHALL BE 24 INCHES
 (610 MM).
 R310.1.3 MINIMUM OPENING WIDTH.
 THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING WIDTH SHALL BE 20 INCHES
 (508 MM).
  
 7) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 PGT SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS ( NOA NO.11-1013.14 ) HAVE
 INCOMPLETE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. IT APPEARS THAT
 THE INSTALLATION DRAWINGS WERE NOT SHRUNK DOWN TO FIT
 ON THE 8.5" X 11" PAPER. SUBMIT COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 DRAWINGS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3.
