 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE VALUE FOR THE WORK UNDER THIS PERMIT INCLUDING
 THIS REVISION EXCEEDS $2500.00. A RECORDED COPY OF A
 NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED
 BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION. FS 713
  
 2) FBC 107.2.1 - INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 3) FBC 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING
 PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE,
 SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO
 RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 4) FBC-R 301.1 BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES, AND ALL PARTS
 THEREOF, SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO SAFELY SUPPORT ALL
 LOADS, INCLUDING DEAD LOADS, LIVE LOADS, ROOF LOADS,
 FLOOD LOADS, AND WIND LOADS AS PRESCRIBED BY THIS CODE.
 THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE SHALL
 RESULT IN A SYSTEM THAT PROVIDES A COMPLETE LOAD PATH
 THAT MEETS ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TRANSFER OF ALL
 LOADS FROM THEIR POINT OF ORIGIN THROUGH THE
 LOAD-RESISTING ELEMENTS TO THE FOUNDATION.
  
 5) FBC 107.3.5.3 - PROVIDE A SURVEY AND SITE PLAN TO
 DEMONSTRATE SETBACKS.
  
 6) FBC 107.3.5.3 - PROVIDE WIND DESIGN LOADS/DESIGN
 PRESSURES PURSUANT TO FBC-R301.2. THE STRUCTURAL
 CONNECTION DETAILS ARE NOT SPECIFIC AS TO QUANTITY AND
 SPACING OF THE CONNECTORS. THE WIND SPEED DESIGN IS NOT
 CONSISTENT WITH THE ADOPTED MAP FBC 119, CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 7) FBC 107.2.1 PROVIDE DIMENSIONS ON THE PLANS. SPECIFY
 THE SIZE AND SPACING OF THE FLOOR JOISTS. SPECIFY THE
 DECKING MATERIAL THAT WILL BE USED. SPECIFY ALL
 FASTENERS AND CONNECTORS. SPECIFY THE SPACING OF THE 4
 X 4 PIERS. THE 2 X 6 RIM JOISTS OR BAND THAT IS
 SUPPORTING THE LOADS FROM THE FLOOR JOISTS SHOULD BE
 DOUBLED.
  
 8) THE PHOTOS THAT WERE SUBMITTED SHOW THE 4 X 4 WOOD
 PIERS ON THE PAVERS FOR AN EXISTING PATIO. CONCRETE
 FOOTINGS WITH THE BOTTOM OF THE FOOTING 12" BELOW GRADE
 ARE REQUIRED. SPECIFY THE SIZE AND REINFORCING OF THE
 CONCRETE FOOTINGS. FBC R403.1.4
  
 9) FBC 107.2.1 AND 107.2.1.4 PROVIDE A FRAMING REPAIR
 DETAIL AND PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN INDICATING THE LOCATION
 AND EXTENT OF THE FRAMING REPAIRS TO THE FRONT
