 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) FBC 107.2.1 - INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 2) FBC 107.3.5.3 - PROVIDE WIND DESIGN LOADS/DESIGN
 PRESSURES PURSUANT TO FBC-R301.2.
  
 3) SPECIFY THE SLOPE OF THE PORCH ROOF ON THE PLANS. A
 MININIUM OF SLOPE OF 2:12 IS REQUIRED FOR ASPHALT
 SHINGLES. FBC R905.2.2
  
 4) SPECIFY THE DESIGN LIVE LOAD FOR THE PORCH DECK. FBC

 5) SPECIFY THE HEIGHT OF THE PORCH DECK ABOVE GRADE.

 6) SPECIFY THE HEIGHT OF THE GUARDS AND THE SPACING OF
 THE INTERMEDIATE RAILINGS. FBC R312, R312.2 & R312.3
  
 7) SPECIFY THE DEPTH/THICKNESS OF THE 1'-6" X 1'-6"
 FOOTINGS FOR THE PORCH POSTS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 8) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE ROOFING AND
 STRUCTURAL CONNECTOR SUBMITTALS.
  
 9) THE VALUE OF $1200.00 THAT IS SPECIFIED ON THE
 APPLICATION IS LOW. FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE
 TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,
 INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND
 DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT;
 EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY
 INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
