 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR EACH
 OF THE SIMPSON CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS OR
 PROVIDE A CONNECTOR SCHEDULE ON THE PLANS WITH THE
 ALLOWABLE LOAD VALUES, REQUIRED FASTENERS AND PRODUCT
 APPROVAL NUMBERS.
  
 2) FBC 107.3.4 SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THE TWO NEW EXTERIOR DOORS THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. THE
 PLANS SPECIFY A 36" X 60" (?) WOOD DOORS. ONE BEING AN
 INSWING AND THE OTHER AN OUT SWING. THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS SUBMITTED ARE FOR A GLAZED FIBERGLASS DOOR,
 AN OPAQUE STEEL OUTSWING DOOR AND A DOUBLE STEEL
 IN-SWING/OUTSWING DOORS. THERE IS ALSO ORDER FORMS FROM
 LOWE'S FOR A FIBERGLASS DOOR WITH A SIDELIGHT . ONLY
 ONE COPY OF EACH WAS SUBMITTED. THE FLORIDA FL NUMBER
 OR MIAMI DADE NOA NO. IS REQUIRED FOR EACH OF THE
 DOORS. STAPLE ALL THE DOCUMENTS FOR EACH OF THE DOORS
 TOGETHER AND WRITE ON THEM WHICH DOOR THEY ARE FOR.
 CIRCLE THE DOOR AND ITS DESIGN PRESSURES ON THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL. FBC 107.2.1
  
 3) THE VALUATION FOR THIS WORK IS TOO LOW. PROVIDE AN
 ITEMIZED JOB ESTIMATE WITH ADDRESSING THE FOLLOWING
 LINE ITEMS. FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIMES AND PROVIDE
 CLARIFICATION, PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER
 INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAS BEEN
