 3) PROVIDE A SAFETY LABELING SCHEDULE FOR FLASH
 PROTECTION FOR THE SERVICE, PANEL BOARDS AND MAIN
 DISCONNECTING MEANS. NEC 110.22, 110.16, 110.22
  
 4) PROVIDE AN ACTUAL LOAD CALCULATION IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE NEC ARTICLE 220. IF THE LOCAL UTILITY IS GOING
 TO BE REFFERENCED AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO A LOAD
 CALCULATION A LETTER FROM AN AUTHORIZED RERESENTITIVE
 OF THE LOCAL UTILITY WILL BE REQUIRED INDICATING A FULL
 12 MONTHS OF USE.
  
 5) EMERGENCY ILLUMINATION SHALL INCLUDE ALL REQUIRED
 MEANS OF EGRESS LIGHTING, ILLUMINATED EXIT SIGNS, AND
 ALL OTHER LIGHTS SPECIFIED AS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE
 REQUIRED ILLUMINATION. EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEMS SHALL
 BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED SO THAT THE FAILURE OF ANY
 INDIVIDUAL LIGHTING ELEMENT, SUCH AS THE BURNING OUT OF
 A LAMP, CANNOT LEAVE IN TOTAL DARKNESS ANY SPACE THAT
 REQUIRES EMERGENCY ILLUMINATION. NEC 700.16
 REVISE OLANS TO INCLUDE A LIFE SAFETY PLAN TO DETERMINE
 THE REQUIRED EMERGENCY ILLUMINATION FOR THE MEANS OF
 EGRESS.
 A) THE BRANCH CIRCUIT FEEDING THE EMEGENCY /EXIT
 LIGHTING SHALL BE THE SAME BRANCH CIRCUIT AS THAT
 SERVING THE NORMAL LIGHTING IN THE AREA AND CONNECTED
 AHEAD OF ANY LOCAL SWITCHES. THE BRANCH CIRCUIT THAT
 FEEDS EMERGENCY/EXIT LIGHTS SHALL BE CLEARLY IDENTIFIED
 AT THE DISTRIBUTION PANEL.
  
 6A) WHERE WALLS OR PARTITIONS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A
 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING, RECESSED FIXTURES SHALL BE
 INSTALLED SUCH THAT THE REQUIRED FIRE-RESISTANCE WILL
 NOT BE REDUCED. FBC 713.3.2
 VERIFY FIRE RATED FLOORS AND WALLS PENETRATED BY
 ELECTRICAL OUTLETS CONDUITS OR CABLES SHALL BE "SHALL
 BE INSTALLED SUCH THAT THE REQUIRED FIRE-RESISTANCE
 WILL NOT BE REDUCED". FBC 713.3.2
 B) PENETRATIONS OF THE FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED FLOOR,
 FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLY OR THE CEILING MEMBRANE OF A
 ROOF/CEILING ASSEMBLY SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTIONS
 713.4.1.1 THROUGH 713.4.1.4. PENETRATIONS IN HORIZONTAL
 SMOKE BARRIERS SHALL ALSO COMPLY WITH 713.5. FBC
 713.4.1 FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED ASSEMBLIES.
  
 7) PROVIDE MANUFACTURER DATA SHEETS FOR PROPOSED FLOOR
 BOXES TO INDICATE THE REQUIRED LISTING FOR THE
 EVIRONMENT IN WHICH THEY ARE INSTALLED. NEC110.3 FBC
 713.4.1 FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED ASSEMBLIES.
  
 8) ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. WPB AMENDMENTS
