 FBC-107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. ALL
 INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING
 DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
 THE SCOPE OF WORK PROVIDED IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS IT DOES
 NOT QUANTIFY WITH ANY DETAIL THE INTENDED WORK. FOR
 EXAMPLE, PROVIDE THE NET SQUARE FOOTAGE OF AREAS
 INTENDED TO BE REPAIRED, PROVIDE DETAIL AS TO THE LINE
 ITEM, "PROVIDE NEW ANCHORAGE FOR ALL WINDOW FRAMES..."
 PLEASE NOTE, A PERMIT TO REPLACE 11 WINDOWS WAS APPLIED
 FOR IN 2008 UNDER PERMIT NUMBER 08010548. THE
 APPLICATION WAS NEVER APPROVED, AND NO PERMIT WAS
 ISSUED AND THE WORK WAS DOCUMENTED TO NEVER HAVE
 COMMENCED ON 12/29/2008, HOWEVER AS THIS APPLICATION
 PROPOSES TO ALTER WINDOWS, PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION
 TO ASSURE THE EXISTING WINDOWS WERE NOT INSTALLED
 WITHOUT A REQUIRED PERMIT.
