 ARE REQUIRED:

 1. 3103.3, TEMPORARY STRUCTURES SHALL BE LOCATED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF TABLE 602. IT IS
 NOT CLEAR WHETHER THIS IS ATTACHED TO AN EXISTING
 BUILDING OR FREE STANDING, AND IF IT IS ATTACHED TO AN
 EXISTING BUILDING, HOW THE PROPOSED TENT WILL AFFECT
 THE EXITING FOR THE EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED IS ILLEGIBLE. IT IS A COLOR
 AERIAL WITH WHAT APPEARS TO BE WORDS, ALL IN COLOR,
 NONE OF IT LEGIBLE. PLANS SHOULD BE LEGIBLE,
 ARCHITECTURAL QUALITY, FBC 107. PROVIDE A LEGIBLE SITE
 PLAN WHICH PROVIDES INFORMATION REQUIRED.
  
 2. 3103.2, CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS ARE TO INCLUDE
 INFORMATION DELINEATING THE MEANS OF EGRESS AND
 OCCUPANT LOAD. PLAN AND OCCUPANT NOT CLEAR.
  
 SEE FBC TABLE 1004.1. IT APPEARS THAT THE ENCLOSED
 ASSEMBLY AREA IS 82X66, 5412 SF. PER TABLE, THIS
 RESULTS IN AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 361. PLEASE REVISE PLAN
 TO INCLUDE OCCUPANT LOAD.
  
 PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS THE NUMBER FOR WHICH YOU
 ARE REQUIRED TO DESIGN EXITING, NOT THE NUMBER OF
 OCCUPANTS ALLOWED (THIS IS DETERMINED BY FIRE).
