 THE CONTRACTOR LISTED ON THE APPLICATION IS LICENSED IN
 THE SPECIALTY CARPENTRY CONTRACTOR CATAGORY THROUGH THE
 PBCCILB. THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE APPLCATION MAY BE
 OUTSIDE OF THE SCOPE FOR THIS LICENSE CATAGORY.
 "SPECIALTY CONTRACTORS" ARE THOSE WHO CAN QUALIFY WITH
 A MINIMUM OF THREE YEARS EXPERIENCE, 1-1/2 YEARS OF
 WHICH MUST BE IN A SUPERVISORY CAPACITY, WHO SPECIALIZE
 IN ONE OR MORE OF THE CRAFTS OF THE BUILDING
 CONSTRUCTION AND RELATED CONTRACTING TRADES. A
 CERTIFIED SPECIALTY CONTRACTOR SHALL BE ABLE TO
 SUBCONTRACT ANY WORK INCIDENTAL TO THE WORK OF THEIR
 SPECIALTY CERTIFICATION.
 INCIDENTAL-FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT INCIDENTAL
 SHALL MEAN WORK OF A NATURE EXPECTED TO BE REQUIRED IN
 THE PERFORMANCE OF A CONTRACT. SUCH WORK SHALL NOT BE
 THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT NOR EXCEED 49% OF
 THE TOTAL PRIME CONTRACT.
