 1. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY,
 THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE COMPLETED:
  
 A. A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR
 LANDSCAPING. LANDSCAPING SHALL COMPLY WITH ARTICLE XIV
 OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
 THE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY TWO (2)
 SETS OF LANDSCAPE PLANS, AS WELL AS A CERTIFIED COST
 ESTIMATE FOR LABOR AND MATERIALS.
  
 B. A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR
 THE IRRIGATION.
  
 C. A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR
 THE DRIVEWAY.
  
 D. SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT (75%) OF THE FRONT YARD SHALL
 CONSIST OF LANDSCAPE MATERIAL. BASED UPON THE SIZE OF
 THE LOT, A MAXIMUM OF 250 SQUARE FEET OF IMPERVIOUS
 SURFACE MAY BE PROVIDED WITHIN THE FRONT YARD. IN ORDER
 TO MEET THIS REQUIREMENT, THE DRIVEWAY WILL HAVE TO
 CONSIST OF CONCRETE RIBBONS WITH GRASS IN BETWEEN AND
 THE WALKWAY TO THE FRONT STEPS MAY NEED TO BE
 NARROWER.
