 OUT SHEETS WHICH HAVE CHANGED SO THERE ARE TWO COMPLETE
 COLLATED SETS FOR PERMIT ISSUANCE. A RESPONSE LETTER
 INDICATING HOW THIS ITEM HAS BEEN ADDRESSED WOULD BE
 HELPFUL. IT APPEARS THAT NEW SHEETS WERE SUBMITTED, NEW
