 INCREASE THE VALUE OF THE SCOPE OF WORK TO INCLUDE THE
 ELEVATOR AS WELL AS THE MOVING OF THE POWDER ROOM ON
 THE 1ST FLOOR. REMOVAL OF EXISTING CONCRETE FLOOR,
 EXISTING INGROUND WASTE, RE-PIPING OF WASTE AND THE
 REPOURING OF THE 1ST FLOOR SLAB. 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,

 IN THIS INFORMATION HARDWARE ON OPENING PROTECTIVES
 SHALL BE OF AN APPROVED TYPE INSTALLED AS TESTED,
 EXCEPT THAT APPROVED INTERLOCKS, MECHANICAL LOCKS AND
 ELECTRIC CONTACTS, DOOR AND GATE ELECTRIC CONTACTS AND
 DOOR-OPERATING MECHANISMS SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM THE FIRE
