 (R2). THIS IS NOT AN ENCLOSED SINGLE FAMILY ADDITION,
 THEREFORE, THE FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE DOESN'T APPLY.
 ** THIS IS NOT R3 OCCUPANCY. *** THIS IS NOT AN
 ALTERATION LEVEL 2. SEE CHAPTER 4 OF FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING AND IDENTIFY CORRECT ALTERATION LEVEL. ALSO,

 ***NOTE: TAKE THIS HEIGHT IN CONSIDERATION AT THE NEW
 ENTRY AREA WHERE 2 NEW STEPS WERE ADDED TO ALLOW FOR
 THE COVERED ENTRY HEADROOM CLEARANCE ON FIRST FLOOR.
  
 3- ENGINEER TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE WEATHER PROTECTION OF THE ROOF
 DECK (BALCONY) AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 1503 OF 2010 FBC.
 SPECIFY DECK APPROVED COVERING, FLASHING, DRAINAGE AND
