 1) THIS STRUCTURE WAS BUILT IN 1988 ( POST FIRM) AND IS
 LOCATED IN AN SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA DESIGNATED AS
 A5 (EL.7'). THE MINIMUM FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION IS 7.5'
 NGVD. THIS INCLUDES A 6" FREEBOARD ESTABLISHED BY CITY
 ORDINANCE. ANY LATERAL ADDITIONS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR AT OR ABOVE THE MINIMUM ELEVATION AND
 ANY RENOVATION WORK SHALL COMPLY AND SHALL NOT MAKE THE
 BUILDING NON-COMPLIANT. CITY OF WPB FLOOD ORDINANCE AND
 FBC R322
  
 2) THE PERMIT FOR THE PROPOSED DEMO WORK WOULD LEAVE
 THE DWELLING OPEN AND UNSECURED, IF A PERMIT IS NOT
 ISSUED TO REPLACE THE WINDOWS AND EXTERIOR WALLS THAT
 WILL BE REMOVED. AT THE TIME OF THIS REVIEW, NO PERMIT
 HAS BEEN APPLIED FOR TO REPLACE THE ITEMS IN THE
 PROPOSED DEMO PLAN. THEREFORE, THIS PERMIT CAN NOT BE
