 APPLICATION IS UNDER THE HOME ARTS DESIGN FL INC.
 PROVIDE A NEW PERMIT APPLICATION IN THE CORRECT NAME.
  
 PLANS HAVE BEEN STAMPED PENDING RESOLUTION OF THE TWO

 I AM UNABLE TO ACCEPT A PLAN WHICH HAS BEEN ALTERED BY

 SHOWS THE WALL ON THE PROPERTY LINE. IN THIS CASE, AN
 ECCENTRIC FOOTING WOULD BE REQUIRED. ENGINEER IS TO
 INCORPORATE CHANGES INTO HIS PLAN. SHOW THE PROPOSED
 FOOTING IN RELATION TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
