 2. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM THE

 LANDSCAPE PERMIT. THE PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 TWO (2) SETS OF SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE PLANS, AS WELL
 AS A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE FOR MATERIALS AND LABOR.
 THE LANDSCAPE PLANS INCLUDED IN THE PLANS SUBMITTED
 WERE NOT SIGNED/SEALED.
  
 6. ALL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IRRIGATED WITH A PERMANENT
 IRRIGATION SYSTEM. A SEPARATE PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED.
  
 7. SHEET L1-1 INDICATES THAT THE PLANT LIST IS ON L1-3;
 THE PLANT LIST IS ACTUALLY ON L1-1 ITSELF.
  
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE A LARGER SPECIFICATION FOR THE SILVER
 BUTTONWOOD HEDGE SO AS TO CREATE A MORE IMMEDIATE
 IMPACT ON SCREENING OF THE FACILITY.
  
 9. WHY USE OF RED MULCH? IS THIS A CITY SPECIFIED
 MATERIAL? IS IT CONSISTENT WITH OTHER PLANTINGS IN THE
 AREA?
  
 10. IS THERE A WAY TO CONSIDER NARROWING THE DRIVEWAYS
 INTO AND OUT OF THE FENCED AREA? IF THE OPENINGS WERE
 NARROWER, THE OPENING IN THE LANDSCAPING WOULD BE
 REDUCED AND ADDITIONAL PLANTINGS COULD BE INSTALLED TO
 BETTER SCREEN THE COMPOUND.
  
 11. IS THERE A WAY TO DROP THE ELEVATION OF THE
 DISCHARGE PIPE BETWEEN THE FENCE AND THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 LINE SO AS TO ALLOW FOR THE PLANTING OF ADDITIONAL
 PALMS/TREES IN FRONT OF THE FENCE. ADDITIONAL PLANTING
 WOULD HELP TO SCREEN THE TRASH RAKES THAT EXTEND
 UPWARD.
