 1- BALANCED RETURN AIR IN MASTER BEDROOM: REVISE SIZE
 OF TRANSFER GRILL TO COMPLY WITH EXCEPTION #2 OF SEC.
 M1602.4. "THE TRANSFER GRILL SHALL USE 50 SQUARE INCHES
 (OF GRILLE AREA) TO 100 CFM (OF SUPPLY AIR)". ALL THE
 SUPPLY AIR INTO THE MASTER SUITE SHALL BE INCLUDED.
 ACCORDING TO PLAN ON SHEET A3 ALL THE SUPPLY AIR TO THE
 MASTER BEDROOM IS 377 CFM. THEREFORE, NEED A TRANSFER
 GRILL WITH AT LEAST 188.5 SQUARE INCHES.
