 STEVEN HAS A BACHELORS DEGREE AND HAS STUDIED
 ARCHITECTURE. HE STARTED HIS CAREER IN REAL ESTATE
 THROUGH ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN WORKING AS A PRESENTATION
 SPECIALIST FOR LPWK. AFTER WORKING IN THIS CAPACITY
 STEVEN BEGAN WORKING AS A SUPER INTENDENT IN CHARGE OF
 CONSTRUCTION ON CUSTOM HOMES AND MULTIFAMILY DWELLINGS.
 EVENTUALLY HE WORKED AS A PLANS REVIEWER, PURCHASING
 AGENT AND BUDGET MANGER. FROM THERE HE MOVED TO TAYLOR
 WOODROW, A HIGH END CUSTOM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WHERE
 HE WORKED AS BUDGET MANAGER. UPON LEAVING, STEVEN BEGAN
 TO FLIP HOUSES AND EVENTUALLY WAS THE OWNER OF THE ?WE
 BUY UGLY HOUSES? BUSINESS IN PALM BEACH COUNTY. HIS
 BUSINESS MODEL WAS AT TIMES THE HIGHEST PRODUCING IN
 THE UNITED STATES AND HE WAS AWARDED MANY HONORS FOR
 PRODUCTIVITY. HE IS CURRENTLY WORKING IN THE CAPACITY
 OF A REALTOR AND ASSISTING THE PARENT COMPANY PRODIGY
 CAPITAL IN BUILDING SYSTEMS TO SMOOTHLY ORIGINATE AND
 COORDINATE INCOMING SALES CALLS, TRAINING ETC.
  
 ADDITIONALLY, THE PLANS SUBMITTED ARE FOUND TO BE
 INSUFFICIENT AS FOLLOWS:
  
 FBC-107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. ALL
 INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING
 DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 FBC 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
