 THE GLASS WASHER HAS A HEATER IN THE UNIT THAT HAS A
 SUSTAINER HEATER THAT PROVIDES 130 DEGREE CONTINIOUS
 WATER, IF THE TANKLESS WATER HEATER IS PROVIDING 120
 DEGREE WATER WHAT STOPS THE WATER TO BE HEATED ABOVE
 140 DEGREES? PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC-P
  
 1E) PLEASE PROVIDE THE SIZE OF THE WASTE BRANCH FOR THE
 GREASE INTERCEPTOR, MOP /SERVICE SINK, WASTE RECEPTOR &
 GLASS WASHER. 701.7 CONNECTIONS.
 DIRECT CONNECTION OF A STEAM EXHAUST, BLOWOFF OR DRIP
 PIPE SHALL NOT BE MADE WITH THE BUILDING DRAINAGE
 SYSTEM. WASTEWATER WHEN DISCHARGED INTO THE BUILDING
 DRAINAGE SYSTEM SHALL BE AT A TEMPERATURE NOT HIGHER
 THAN 140?F (60?C). WHEN HIGHER TEMPERATURES EXIST,
 APPROVED COOLING METHODS SHALL BE PROVIDE
  
 1F) 2010 FBC-P 803.1 WASTEWATER TEMPERATURE. STEAM
 PIPES SHALL NOT CONNECT TO ANY PART OF A DRAINAGE OR
 PLUMBING SYSTEM AND WATER ABOVE 140?F (60?C) SHALL NOT
 BE DISCHARGED INTO ANY PART OF A DRAINAGE SYSTEM. SUCH
 PIPES SHALL DISCHARGE INTO AN INDIRECT WASTE RECEPTOR
 CONNECTED TO THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
  
 2) THE SANITARY ISOMETRIC DOES NOT SHOW THE FLOW
 CONTROL DEVICE AND REQUIRED VENT. 2010 FBC-P 1003.3.4.2
 RATE OF FLOW CONTROLS.
 GREASE INTERCEPTORS AND GREASE TRAPS SHALL BE EQUIPPED
 WITH DEVICES TO CONTROL THE RATE OF WATER FLOW SO THAT
 THE WATER FLOW DOES NOT EXCEED THE RATED FLOW. THE
 FLOW-CONTROL DEVICE SHALL BE VENTED AND TERMINATE NOT
 LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOD RIM LEVEL
 OR BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER?S
 INSTRUCTIONS.
  
 3) THE GLASS WASHER, ESPRESSO & COFFEE MAKERS HAVE
 CELLINOID VALVES AND WILL NEED TO COMPLY WITH : 2010
 FBC-P 604.9 WATER HAMMER.
 THE FLOW VELOCITY OF THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
 SHALL BE CONTROLLED TO REDUCE THE POSSIBILITY OF WATER
 HAMMER. A WATER-HAMMER ARRESTOR SHALL BE INSTALLED
 WHERE QUICK-CLOSING VALVES ARE UTILIZED. WATER-HAMMER
 ARRESTORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 MANUFACTURER?S SPECIFICATIONS. WATER-HAMMER ARRESTORS
 SHALL CONFORM TO ASSE 1010.
  
 4) T HE GLASS WASHER, ESPRESSO & COFFEE MAKER WILL ALSO
 NEED TO COMPLY WITH 2010 FBC-P 608.16.10 COFFEE
 MACHINES AND NONCARBONATED BEVERAGE DISPENSERS.
 THE WATER SUPPLY CONNECTION TO COFFEE MACHINES AND
 NONCARBONATED BEVERAGE DISPENSERS SHALL BE PROTECTED
 AGAINST BACKFLOW BY A BACKFLOW PREVENTER CONFORMING TO
