 1) SPECIFY THE CONNECTOR OR HANGER THAT WILL BE USED TO
 CARRY THE (2) 2 X 8 PORCH HEADER AT THE ENDS WHERE IT
 MEETS THE WOOD FRAME WALLS. IF IT WILL BE SUPPORTED ON
 JACKS IN THE WALLS, PROVIDE A FRAMING DETAIL THAT
 SPECIFIES THE CONNECTORS THAT WILL BE USED. FBC R301.1
  
 2) THE PLANS INDICATE THAT THE DOUBLE 2 X 8 HEADER AT
 THE PORCH THAT IS CARRYING THE ROOF HAS AN 11 FOOT
 CLEAR SPAN BETWEEN SUPPORTS. ACCORDING TO SEVERAL SPAN
 TABLES THIS IS TOO MUCH OF A SPAN FOR A DOUBLE 2 X 8
 HEADER CARRYING THIS ROOF LOAD. FBC R301.1
  
 3) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE
 BBQ GRILL THAT WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE COVERED PORCH.
 CITY AMENDMENTS 107.2.1 THE BBQ GAS GRILL IN THE
 OUTDOOR KITCHEN WILL NEED A OVERHEAD EXHAUST HOOD PER
 2010 FBC/R 1505, UNLESS THE A UNIT IS LISTED & LABELED
 FOR USE WITHOUT AN EXHAUST HOOD AND MANUFACTURER'S
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS SUPPORT THAT.
  
 4) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 ROOF COVERING MATERIAL THAT WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE
 LOW SLOPE FLAT ROOF. IF ENHANCED FASTENING IS REQUIRED
 TO MEET THE INCREASED UPLIFT PRESSURES AT THE PERIMETER
 AND CORNER ROOF AREAS, SUBMIT TWO SETS OF SIGNED AND
 SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY LIMITATION
 #7 OF THE NOA. DCA RULE 9N-3 & FBC R301.2.1
  
 5) TWO COPIES OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT. CITY AMENDMENTS 107.1 SUBMIT
 AN ADDITIONAL COPY OF THE EXTERIOR DOOR AND WINDOW
 PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED
 IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. CITY AMENDMENTS

 6) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED
