 1) THE "SOD" LABEL ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE SITE COVERS
 A PORTION OF THE WEST PROPERTY LINE PLANTINGS AND THE
 PLANTINGS AND DESCRIPTIONS OF MATERIAL IN THE CENTER
 PARKING LOT ISLAND.
  
 2) PLEASE IDENTIFY ON THE PLAN THE NEWLY PLANTED
 MATERIAL AS PART OF THIS PERMIT SO THAT IT IS
 DIFFERENTIATED FROM EXISTING MATERIAL.
  
 3) STAFF IS CONFUSED BY THE NOTE THAT THERE ARE 3 LESS
 TABEBUIA TREES IN THE CENTER ISLAND. IF THESE TREES NO
 LONGER EXIST ON THE SITE, THEY SHALL BE WHITED OUT ON
 THE PLANS AND REMOVED FROM THE PLANT LIST. THE NOTE
 STATES THAT THE PINE TREES NOW MEET CITY STANDARDS AS
 TREES. THESE SHALL BE DESIGNATED ON THE PLAN AND ON THE
 PLANT LIST WITH CODE COMPLAINT HEIGHTS (SO THAT IN CASE
 FUTURE REPLACEMENT IS REQUIRED THE NEW PINE TREES WOULD
 BE CODE COMPLIANT).
  
 4) THE LABEL FOR 6 MAHOGANY TREES ALONG THE EAST
 PROPERTY LINE HAS THE NUMBER 5 OVERLAYED ON IT. DOES
 THIS MEAN THERE ARE ONLY 5 MAHOGANY TREES OR IS IT A
 MISPRINT? IF A MAHOGANY TREE IS MISSING, IT SHALL BE
 REPLACED AND DESIGNATED AS A REPLACEMENT TREE ON THE
 PLAN SINCE ALL THE MAHOGANY TREES ARE REQUIRED TO MEET
 BUFFER AND ISLAND TREE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 5) WHAT DOES THE "3 FOXTAIL PALMS 10' C.T." NOTE REFER
 TO THAT IS LOCATED ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE PLANS?
  
 6) THE LANDSCAPE CALCULATION TABLE SHOWS THAT 55 TREES
 ARE REQUIRED, AND 53 PROVIDED. STAFF IS CONFUSED BY THE
 COUNT FOR PROVIDED TREES.
  
 A. THE 3 LAUREL OAKS IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY MAY NOT BE
 COUNTED TOWARD MEETING THE REQUIRED TREES ON-SITE.
 B. ARE THE PINK TABEBUIA TREES COUNTED OR NOT?
 C. THERE IS A LABEL FOR 3 SILVER BUTTONWOODS AND THE
 PLANT SYMBOLS SHOWN ON THE WEST PROPERTY LINE, BUT THEY
 APPEAR WHITED OUT IN THE PLANT LIST. PLEASE NOTE THAT A
 TREE EVERY 30 FEET IS REQUIRED ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY
 LINE SO IF THE BUTTONWOODS ARE GONE, SOMETHING
 COMPLYING WITH CITY CODE NEEDS TO REPLACE THEM.
 D. THE NEW LIVE OAK AT THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING
 NEEDS TO BE SHOWN ON THE PLANT LIST.
 E. PALMS MAY COUNT FOR REQUIRED TREES AT A RATE OF 2
 PALMS = 1 TREE, PROVIDED THAT NO MORE THAN 35% OF THE
 REQUIRED TREES (IN THIS INSTANCE A MAX. OF 19 TREES
 COULD BE REPLACES BY PALMS). FOR EXAMPLE THE 4 SABAL
 PALMS WOULD COUNT AT 2 TREE UNITS AND WOULD BE ADDED TO
 THE NUMBER OF TREES PROVIDED.
