 ANCHORING OF THE GUTTER SYSTEM IS LACKING, NEITHER IS

 SIZING OF THE GUTTER FOR THE 100 YEARRAIN FOR ONE HOUR
 AT 4.5 INCHES NOR FOR THE VERTICAL CONDUCTORS OR
 LEADERS, THE PLAN IS NOT CLEAR IF THEY ARE TO RUN
 INSIDE OF THE BUILDING OR ON THE EXTERIOR. SEE TABLES

 4C) 2010 FBC-P 1107.1 REQUIRES A SECONDARY DRAINAGE
 SYSTEM, WHAT PROVISIONS ARE BEING MADE FOR THE GUTTER
 SYSTEM, IF THIS IS PLUGGED OR OVER FLOWS THE WATERS
 WILL TRAVEL DOWN THE LOWER ROOF TO THE SCUPPERS AND
 OVER FLOW SCUPPERS, PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, ARE
 TO BE OVERSIZED FOR THIS TYPE OF SITUATION?
  
 4D) PROVIDE HOW THE RAIN WATER RUN OFF WILL BE DRAINED
 AWAY FROM THE BUILDING, CIVIL SHOWED THE TIE INTO THE
 STORM DRAIN, WHAT WILL KEEP THE RAINWATER FROM BACKING
 UP AND ONTO THE ROOF IF THE STORM SYSTEM IS BLOCKED OR
