 CALCULATIONS FOR ENHANCED FASTENING OF THE BASE SHEET
 AS REQUIRED BY LIMITATION NUMBER 7 ON PAGE 24 OF THE
 NOA. FBCR 301.2.1
  
 2) SPECIFY WHICH METHOD OF ATTACHMENT LISTED IN THE
 ENTEGRA ROOF TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL (NOA NO.10-1202.01)
 WILL BE USED TO INSTALL THE ROOF TILE SO THAT IT IS
 CAPABLE OF RESISTING THE REQUIRED OVERTURN MOMENT. IF
 AN ADHESIVE WILL BE USED TO ATTACH THE TILE, SUBMIT TWO

 MARSHALL AND SWIFT VALUATIONS, THE TOTAL VALUE FOR
 RE-ROOFING THE 1380 SQFT SLOPED TILE ROOF AND THE 1207
 SQFT FLAT ROOF IS $13,200.00. THE VALUE FOR THE WORK
 HAS BEEN ADJUSTED FROM $2000.00 TO $13,200.00. CITY
