 ALREADY EXIST FLOOR SINKS, THEY DO NOT APPEAR ON THE
 DEMO PLAN, SHEET A111 THE FLOOR SINK IS INDICATED IN
 ROOM 101, IN ROOM 112 THERE REMAINS A CABINET AND SINK.
 NEITHER THE DEMO OR ARCHITECTURAL INDICATE AN EXISTING
 FLOOR SINK PLEASE VERIFY EXISTING OR IS THIS NEW WORK.
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 2010 EDITION 107.2.1.3
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) SHEET P211 INDICATES THIS TO BE A GRAVITY WASTE
 PIPING SYSTEM, ACTUALLY 2 INDEPENDANT SYSTEMS. THE
 PLANS ARE NOT CLEAR IF THE GRAVITY LINES
 (PIPES) ARE LOCATED ABOVE THE FLOOR SLAB OR BELOW AND
 IF THE CENRALLY LOCATED SUMP PUMP TANK EXTENDS BENEATH
 THE FLOOR SLAB. A THERE ARE 2 CONCERNS OF INTEREST THAT
 WILL NEED TO BE STATISFIED OR CLARIFIED.
 2A) THE PLANS INDICATE ON THE SUMP PUMP CONTAINER THE
 USE OF A AIR ADMITANCE VALVE. 2010 FBC-P WOULD REQUIRE
 THE EXHAUSTS FROM A VACUUM PUMP SERVING A VACUUM (FLUID
 SUCTION) SYSTEM SHALL DISCHARGE SEPARATELY TO OPEN AIR
 ABOVE THE ROOF. IS THERE A VACUUM PUMP INSTALLED WITHIN
 THIS SYSTEM? IS THIS TRUELY 2 INDEPENDANT DISPOSAL
 SYSTEMS.
  
 2B) THE SECOND ISSUE IS THE SUMP DRAIN DETAIL FOUND ON
 P211 SHOWS A 2 INCH INDIRECT WASTE AND FUNNEL DRAIN.
 2010 FBC-P 713.7 CENTRAL VACUUM OR DISPOSAL SYSTEMS.
 WHERE THE WASTE FROM A CENTRAL VACUUM (FLUID SUCTION)
 SYSTEM OF THE BAROMETRIC-LAG, COLLECTION-TANK OR
 BOTTLE-DISPOSAL TYPE IS CONNECTED TO THE DRAINAGE
 SYSTEM, THE WASTE SHALL BE DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE
 SANITARY DRAINAGE SYSTEM THROUGH A TRAPPED WASTE. THIS
 IS INTENDED TO MINIMIZE POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION BY
 PREVENTING THE WASTE FROM BEING EXPOSED TO THE
 ATMOSPHERE.
  
 3) SHEET A111 ROOM 122 SHOW RO (REVERSE OSMOSIS)
 MACHINE, WATER SOFTNER, EXCHANGE CARBONS AND BUSTER
 PUMPS BUT THE PLUMBING PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE HOW THESE
 SYSTEMS OPERATE, THERE ARE NO MANUFACTURER CUT SHEET ON
 THIS EQUIPMENT, THERE IS NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION
 PROVIDED, A THOROUGH REVIEW CAN NOT BE MADE AT THIS
 TIME, AS A RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 REQUESTED ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY APPEAR THAT WERE NOT
