 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (IPD) SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO AND
 APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ?
 PLANNING DIVISION. PLEASE CONTACT ME TO OBTAIN SUCH
 APPLICATION (YOU MAY CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL AT

 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE CITY?S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), FUEL TANKS
 SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS
 PROVIDED. SCREENING SHALL CONSIST OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OR OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. SCREENING SHALL BE LANDSCAPE
 WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT 2-FOOT INTERVALS. ALL
 LANDSCAPE MATERIAL SHALL BE IRRIGATED WITH A PERMANENT
 IRRIGATION SYSTEM.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION AS TO THE OVERALL HEIGHT
 OF THE PROPOSED FUEL TANK.
