 PROVIDED IN THE RESUBMITTAL. RESPOND TO THE COMMENTS IN
 WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) IT IS STILL UNCLEAR TO WHERE THE FOUR (4) RELOCATED
 OAK TREES ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY ARE BEING
 RELOCATED FROM. PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION/TREE SURVEY
 THAT INDICATES TO WHERE THESE OAK TREES HAD ORIGINATED.
  
 2.) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE QUANTITY
 PROVIDED IN THE PLANT LIST. PLEASE CORRECT FOR
 CONSISTENCY. THE PLANT LIST SHOULD INCLUDE THE QUANTITY
 OF ALL NEW AND EXISTING PLANTS FOR THE PROJECT, AS WELL
 AS INFORMATION ON THE HEIGHT AND SPREAD, ETC.
  
 3.) THE PARKING STALLS ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING ARE16
 FT. IN LENGTH. WHEEL STOPS CANNOT BE PROVIDED FOR
 PARKING STALLS THAT ARE SHORT. A MINIMUM OF 18 FT. MUST
 BE PROVIDED FOR WHEEL STOPS; ALTERNATIVELY, A 2 FT.
 CURB OVERHANG FOR PARKING STALLS THAT ARE 16 FT. IN
 LENGTH MAY BE PROVIDED.
  
 4.) PROVIDE A SHEET WITH PLANTING SPECIFICATIONS.
  
 5.) REPEAT COMMENT 1/29/14: SUBMIT IRRIGATION PLANS FOR
 NEW AND RELOCATED LANDSCAPE THAT INCLUDE THE
 DELINEATION OF IRRIGATION COVERAGE, SENSORS AND HIGH,
 MEDIUM AND LOW ZONES OF WATER USAGE. INCLUDE A
 STATEMENT THAT ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS, EXCLUDING THOSE
 AREA WITH NATIVE NONINVASIVE PLANTS, WILL BE PROVIDED
 WITH PERMANENT AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION, INCLUDING ADJACENT
 RIGHTS-OF WAY.
  
 6.) A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THIS APPLICATION IS CONTINGENT UPON THE
 APPROVAL OF THE TREE ALTERATION PERMIT.
  
 7.) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PERMIT FEES HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED
 FOR THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AS A RESULT OF THE NEW COST
 ESTIMATE PROVIDED BY THE APPLICANT FOR LANDSCAPE AND
 IRRIGATION ($29,000).
  
 8.) PLEASE NOTE THAT HARDSCAPE SHALL BE APPROVED BY A
 SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION.

 3.) PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS (I.E. HEIGHT, SPREAD, ETC.)
 ON ALL EXISTING PLANT MATERIAL.
  
 4.) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN STATES "4 RELOCATED OAKS." THE
 RELOCATION OF ANY TREES REQUIRE A TREE ALTERATION

 5.) THE WALLS OF THE GENERATOR AND DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES
 SHALL BE SCREEN WITH A HEDGE PLANTED AT 2 FT.
 INTERVALS, AND AT A MINIMUM OF 2 FT. IN HEIGHT. (ZLDR

 6.) CURBS SHALL BE PROVIDED AROUND THE DUMPSTER AND
 GENERATOR ENCLOSURES.
  
 7.) PROVIDE A CURB AND 2 FT. LANDSCAPE OVERHANG FOR THE
 PARKING SPACES LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING.
 ALTERNATIVELY, WHEEL STOPS CAN BE PROVIDED FOR THESE
 PARKING SPACES TO PROTECT THE LANDSCAPING FROM
 VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT.
  
 8.) PROVIDE ALL LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS IN TABULAR
 FORMAT. INCLUDE ALL PLANT MATERIAL DESIGNATED BY
 BOTANICAL AND COMMON NAME; THE QUANTITY, HEIGHT,
 SPREAD, SPACING AND LOCATION OF PLANT MATERIALS TO BE
 INSTALLED OR PRESERVED.
  
 9.) SUBMIT IRRIGATION PLANS FOR NEW AND RELOCATED
 LANDSCAPE THAT INCLUDE THE DELINEATION OF IRRIGATION
