 B. PALM BEACH LAKES BUFFER STATES 7 RELOCATED ROYAL
 PALM TREES YET ONLY 6 ARE SHOWN.
  
 4) IT APPEARS THAT THE EASEMENT AND PIPE LAYERS WERE
 LAID ON TOP OF THE LANDSCAPE AND CURBING LAYERS. THE
 EASEMENTS AND PIPES OBSTRUCT THE PARKING LOT ISLAND AND
 CURBING LAYERS WHICH MAKES THE AFFECTED AREAS OF THE
 PLANS DIFFICULT TO INTERPRET. PLEASE SUBMIT PLANS WITH
 THE UTILITY LAYERS SUBSERVIENT TO THE LANDSCAPE AND
 CURBING LAYERS.
  
 5) THERE ARE SHRUBS SHOWN ON TOP OF THE SIDEWALK

 6) PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE TREE AND SHRUB TYPES AND
