 1.) THE DIMENSIONS OF THE SIGN AREA ARE INACCURATE. THE
 AREA OF THE SIGN SHALL BE THE AREA OF THE SMALLEST
 RECTANGLE WHICH CONTAINS ALL CONTENT, BACKGROUND, AND
 STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF THE SIGN. PLEASE CORRECT. (ZLDR
 S.94-405(A))
  
 2.) THE BUILDING HEIGHT FOR THE EAST WALL WAS NOT
 PROVIDED IN THE PLANS. THE OVERALL HEIGHT DOES NOT
 INCLUDE THE ROOF STRUCTURE. PLEASE CORRECT AND ADD
 APPROPRIATE HEIGHT IN THE PLANS.
  
 3.) MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA SHALL BE BASED ON
 BUILDING FACADE SQUARE FOOTAGE, PER ZLDR S.94-409. THE
 DIMENSIONS NOTED IN THE PLANS FOR THE FACADE SEEM
 INACCURATE.
