 1.) A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE BRIAR BAY PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT, MASTER PLAN IS REQUIRED. AN APPLICATION
 WILL NEED TO BE FILED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT AND APPROVED PRIOR TO SIGN-OFF OF BUILDING
 PERMIT. THE COMMENTS BELOW REFLECT THE INFORMATION
 NEEDED ON THE SITE PLAN PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL OF THE MINOR
 AMENDMENTS TO THE BRIAR BAY PLANNED DEVELOPMENT.
  
 2.) THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED SPLASH PAD IS LOCATED
 BETWEEN TWO EXISTING TENNIS COURTS. ILLUSTRATE ACCESS,
 SEPARATION AND CIRCULATION TO THE SPLASH PAD WITH
 ADJACENT USES.
  
 3.) WILL THE PROPOSED SPLASH PAD AREA CONNECT TO THE
 EXISTING POOL AREA?
  
 4.) AN ADEQUATE POOL BARRIER SHALL BE INSTALLED TO
 OBSTRUCT ACCESS. BARRIERS OR FENCES SHALL BE AT LEAST 4
 FT. IN HEIGHT ABOVE GRADE. (ZLDR S.94-304(D))
  
 5.) WILL LANDSCAPING BE PROVIDED AROUND THE PROPOSED
 SPLASH PAD? IF SO, LANDSCAPE DETAILS IN A LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED.
  
 6.) THE APPLICATION FOR A MINOR PD AMENDMENT CAN BE
