 1.) PROVIDE FLOOR PLANS FOR THE CHANGE OF USE FROM
 RESIDENTIAL TO THE PROPOSED OFFICE SPACE.
  
 2.) IDENTIFY HOW MANY BEDROOMS ARE IN EACH APARTMENT.
 THE NUMBER OF BEDROOMS WILL DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF
 PARKING SPACES REQUIRED FOR THE SITE.
  
 3.) THE BRICK PAVERS AT PROPOSED PARKING SPACES 7 AND 8
 SHALL BE REMOVED AND PAVED WITH ASPHALT.
  
 4.) LANDSCAPING FOR THE PROPERTY SHALL BE UPDATED TO
 MEET CODE. LANDSCAPE PLANS AND A LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL
 BE APPLIED AS A SEPARATE PERMIT.
