 1) THE COVERSHEET KEY PROVIDES OCCPANT LOADS 1ST FLOOR
 AND SECOND FLOOR. THE PLANS DOES NOT LIST THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF THE ROOM THE MEZZANINE IS LOCATED. THE 2010
 FBC-B 505.2 LIMITS THE AGGREGATE AREA OF A MEZZANINE OR
 MEZZANINES WITHIN A ROOM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE-THIRD OF
 THE FLOOR AREA OF THAT ROOM OR SPACE IN WHICH THEY ARE
 LOCATED. THE ENCLOSED PORTION OF A ROOM SHALL NOT BE
 INCLUDED IN A DETERMINATION OF THE FLOOR AREA OF THE
 ROOM IN WHICH THE MEZZANINE IS LOCATED. IN DETERMINING
 THE ALLOWABLE MEZZANINE AREA, THE AREA OF THE MEZZANINE
 SHALL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE FLOOR AREA OF THE ROOM.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN (AND SQ FT) SHOWING THE
 ACTAUL OPEN ROOM THE MEZZANINE IS LOCATED AND THE AREA
 (SQ FT) OF THE EXISTING MEZZANINE AND THE ADDITIONAL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE BEING PROPOSED.
  
 PLEASE SEE EXCEPTION # 2 THE AGGREGATE AREA OF
 MEZZANINES IN BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES OF TYPE I OR II
 CONSTRUCTION SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE-HALF OF THE FLOOR
 AREA OF THE ROOM IN BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES EQUIPPED
 THROUGHOUT WITH AN APPROVED AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 903.3.1.1 AND AN APPROVED
 EMERGENCY VOICE/ALARM COMMUNICATION SYSTEM IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 907.5.2.2.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE WHAT THE MINIMUM BUILDING TYPE FOR
 THIS BUILDING WITH FRONTAGE INCREASE (506.2) AND IF
 FIRE SPRINKLERED (506.3).
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL
 LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH
 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
