 1.) ILLUSTRATE THE DISTANCE OF THE PROPOSED MONUMENT
 SIGN FROM THE PROPERTY LINES IN THE PLANS. THE DISTANCE
 FROM THE PROPERTY LINES MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR) S.
 94-408(A)(2) E.):
 A.) 5 FT. MINIMUM FROM THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 B.) 24 FT. MINIMUM FROM THE LOT LINE OF ANOTHER LOT
 (WEST PROPERTY LINE).
  
 2.) SHOW IN THE PLANS THAT THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE
 MONUMENT SIGN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER DOES NOT
 INTERFERE WITH THE LINE OF SIGHT FOR VEHICLES EXITING
 THE DRIVE ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTY BY PROVIDING A
 VISIBILITY TRIANGLE.
  
 3.) THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE MUST COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF ZLDR S. 94-305(E), FIGURE X-1.
