 - ONE (1) SHADE TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,600
 SQ. FT. OF OPEN SPACE.
 - ONE (1) SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500 SQ. FT.
 OF OPEN SPACE.
  
 3.) PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE EXISTING
 LANDSCAPING ON SITE IF THE SITE COMPLIES WITH THE
 CURRENT LANDSCAPE CODE. THIS IS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE CURRENT LANDSCAPE CODE.
  
 4.) ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING LANDSCAPING ON
 SITE WILL REQUIRE A SEPERATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
