 2) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE 3M
 AH160 FOAM ROOF TILE ADHESIVE AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9N-3.
  
 3) HAVE THE ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT EVALUATE THE ROOF
 STRUCTURE AND DETERMINE THAT IT CAN SAFELY SUPPORT THE
 ADDITIONAL LOADS THAT WILL BE IMPOSED ON IT BY
 INSTALLING THE PROPOSED TILE ROOF SYSTEM IN PLACE OF
 THE ASPHALT SINGLE ROOF SYSTEM. PROVIDE A SIGNED AND
 SEALED LETTER OF AFFIRMATION FROM THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL OR PROVIDE PLANS TO MAKE THE ROOF
 STRUCTURE CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING THE INCREASED LOADS.

 4) SIGN OUT ONE SET OF THE PLANS AND TAKE THEM TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY FOR AN IMPACT FEE REVIEW. RETURN THE PLANS

 1) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R311.2 EGRESS DOOR.
 AT LEAST ONE EGRESS DOOR SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH
 DWELLING UNIT. THE EGRESS DOOR SHALL BE SIDE-HINGED,
 AND SHALL PROVIDE A MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES
 (813 MM) WHEN MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND
 THE STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES (1.57 RAD). THE
 MINIMUM CLEAR HEIGHT OF THE DOOR OPENING SHALL NOT BE
 LESS THAN 78 INCHES (1981 MM) IN HEIGHT MEASURED FROM
 THE TOP OF THE THRESHOLD TO THE BOTTOM OF THE STOP.
 OTHER DOORS SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THESE
 MINIMUM DIMENSIONS. EGRESS DOORS SHALL BE READILY
 OPENABLE FROM INSIDE THE DWELLING WITHOUT THE USE OF A
 KEY OR SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE OR EFFORT.
  
 2) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R703.6.3
 WHERE CEMENT PLASTER (STUCCO) IS TO BE APPLIED TO LATH
 OVER FRAME CONSTRUCTION, MEASURES SHALL BE TAKEN TO
 PREVENT BONDING BETWEEN THE CEMENT PLASTER AND THE
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER. A BOND BREAK SHALL BE PROVIDED
 BETWEEN THE WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER AND THE CEMENT
 PLASTER (STUCCO) CONSISTING OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1. TWO LAYERS OF AN APPROVED WATER-RESISTANT BARRIER
 MATERIAL; OR

 A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT LICENSED TO
 PRACTICE IN THE STATE, DESIGNED TO ELIMINATE THE ATTIC

 ALTERATIONS, RENOVATIONS OR REPAIRS.

 WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE PROJECT.
  
 7) ON SHEET S1, AN RAS 117 CALCULATION FOR ENHANCED
 FASTENING OF THE BASE SHEET FOR THE FIRESTONE FLAT
 ROOFING MATERIAL WITH NOA NO. 05-0830.10. THIS PRODUCT
 APPROVAL HAS EXPIRED AND IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. ALSO, AN
 OLDER EDITION ON ASCE 7 IS SPECIFIED. PLEASE REVISE FOR
 THE CURRENT ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 8) PLEASE CLARIFY THE WALL SECTION NOTE ON SHEET S1
 THAT REFERENCES .625 " ROUGH SAWN STUCCO. IF YOU ARE
 REFERRING TO A HARDI-BOARD TYPE CEMENT PANEL, SUBMIT
 TWO COPIES OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR IT.
  
 9) PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE LETTER WITH THE RESUMITTAL
 INDICATING HOW THE REVIEW COMMENTS WERE ADDRESSED. THIS
