 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) THIS SCOPE OF WORK IS NOT CONSIDERED A REVISION TO
 THE STRUCTURE. IT NEEDS TO BE A SEPARATE FENCE PERMIT
 TYPE. SUBMIT A SEPARATE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION FOR
 A FENCE. THE REVISION NUMBER WILL BE CHANGED TO THE
 PERMIT NUMBER.
  
 2) PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS WITH ALL DIMENSIONS
 SPECIFIED FOR THE COLUMNS AT THE DRIVEWAY.
  
 3) THE DRAWINGS DO NOT SPECIFY THAT THE 16" X 16"
 COLUMN BLOCKS WILL BE FILLED WITH CONCRETE OR THE
 REQUIRED STRENGTH OF THE OF IT. PLEASE PROVIDE THIS
 INFORMATION.
  
 4) THE ENTRY PIER ELEVATION SPECIFIES ONE #5 VERTICAL
 REINFORCING BAR IN THE 16" SQUARE COLUMN. THIS MAY NOT
 BE ADEQUATE TO RESIST THE LATERAL WIND LOADS ON THE
 COLUMNS AND THE ATTACHED GATES. THE NOTE BELOW THE PIER
 DETAIL SAYS BY ENGINEER AFTER AN ASTERISK. PLEASE HAVE
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN REVIEW
 THE DRAWINGS AND PROVIDE THEIR NAME AND SIGNATURE ON
 THE PLANS.
  
 5) PROVIDE THE ELECTRICAL DETAILS INCLUDING WIRE SIZES,
 CONDUIT DETAIL AND GROUNDING DETAIL ON THE PLANS OR
 APPLY UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 6) PROVIDE A GAS RISER DIAGRAM ON THE PLAN OR APPLY
 UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.
