 WITH THE FOLLOWING NOTATIONS:
 1. THE SUBMITTED DRAWING FAIL TO INCLUDE THE OUTLET
 REQUIRED IN NEC 210.52(C)(2), IN THE ISLAND KITCHEN.
 2. BECAUSE YOU HAS FOSSIL FUEL BURNING (GAS)
 APPLIANCES, FBC REQUIRES THAT YOU INSTALL CARBON
 MONOXIDE DETECTORS WITHIN 10' OF ANY SLEEPING AREA.
 3. ACCORDING TO THE SUBMITTED DRAWING, THE SPACING OF
 THE EXISTING ELECTRICAL OUTLETS IS NOT COMPLIANT WITH
 CODE STANDARDS.
 3. THIS IS A LEVEL 2 ALTERATION AS PER THE FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING, AND THEREFORE YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO
 COME INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPACING UNLESS YOU OPEN
 AND/OR ALTER THE WALL IN QUESTION.
 4. ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2008 EDITION OF THE

 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
