 1) THE LATEST PLANS REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE
 PLANNING DIVISION AS PART OF A MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT SHOW THE PACE ADDITION PRIOR TO
 THE REDUCTION IN THE SCOPE OF WORK. THESE PLANS
 INCLUDED APPROVED LANDSCAPE MATERIAL THAT NO LONGER
 APPEARS ON THE PERMIT PLANS.
  
 2) ALL OF THE LANDSCAPE SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS
 SHALL BE INSTALLED GENERALLY WHERE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN
 INSTALLED WITH THE LARGER BUILDING FOOTPRINT. THIS
 INCLUDES THE MITIGATION SABAL PALMS ALONG THE LAKE AND
 THE LANDSCAPE ALONG THE BUILDING FOUNDATION.
  
 SOUTHERN PARKING LOT
  
 3) THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOW A ROW OF 9 SILVER
 BUTTONWOOD TREES, WHICH WERE TO CREATE THE LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER. IT APPEARS THAT THESE TREES ARE NO LONGER BEING
 PROVIDED SINCE THERE ARE SABAL PALMS ALONG THE SOUTH
 PROPERTY LINE WHICH APPEAR TO SERVE AS BUFFER TREES.
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN APPROVED AS PART OF THE MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT SHALL BE AMENDED TO
 REFLECT THE CORRECT CONDITIONS. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IF
 ANY OF THE SILVER BUTTONWOOD TREES ARE REQUIRED BUFFER,
 SITE OR MITIGATION TREES, THEN THEY MAY NOT BE REMOVED.
