 PARTICULAR PLAN. THERE IS A BOAF
 INTERPRETATION 2657 THAT STATES YES AN OCCUPANT LOAD
 MUST BE ASSIGNED TO LOBBY OR ATRIUM AREAS AND AS
 ASSEMBLY WITHOUT FIXED SEATING- CONCENTRATED, BUT IT
 ALSO GOES ON TO SAY THAT THEY SHOULD BE EVALUATED ON A
 CASE- BY CASE BASIS.
  
 MR BROWN HAS REVIEWED THIS PLAN AND BELIEVES THE INTENT
 OR USE OF THIS AREA IS MORE LIKE A CORRIDOR THAN LOBBY,
 IT EXIST BECAUSE OF THE REQUIREMENT OF TWO EXITS

 CONNECTING THE LAVATORY STACK TO THE WATER CLOSET
 BRANCH WOULD BE OK AS A WET VENT OR IF THE SYSTEM IS A
 CURCUIT VENT, A VERTICAL DRY VENT WOULD BE REQUIRED
 BETWEEN THE LAST TWO MOST UPSTREAM FIXTURE BRANCHES.
 901.2.1 VENTING REQUIRED.
 EVERY TRAP AND TRAPPED FIXTURE SHALL BE VENTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH ONE OF THE VENTING METHODS SPECIFIED IN
 THIS CHAPTER.
 911.1 CIRCUIT VENT PERMITTED.
 911.2 VENT CONNECTION.
 THE CIRCUIT VENT CONNECTION SHALL BE LOCATED BETWEEN
 THE TWO MOST UPSTREAM FIXTURE DRAINS. THE VENT SHALL
 CONNECT TO THE HORIZONTAL BRANCH AND SHALL BE INSTALLED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 905. THE CIRCUIT VENT PIPE
 SHALL NOT RECEIVE THE DISCHARGE OF ANY SOIL OR WASTE.
  
 2. SHEETS P-1 & P-2: ALL HOSE BIBBS ARE REQUIRED TO
 HAVE SEPARATE SHUTOFF VALVES.
 606.2 LOCATION OF SHUTOFF VALVES.
 (2) ON THE WATER SUPPLY PIPE TO EACH SILLCOCK IN OTHER
 THAN ONE- AND TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANCIES.
  
 3. FLOOR DRAINS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE TRAP PRIMERS.
 1002.4 TRAP SEALS.
 EACH FIXTURE TRAP SHALL HAVE A LIQUID SEAL OF NOT LESS
 THAN 2 INCHES (51 MM) AND NOT MORE THAN 4 INCHES (102
 MM), OR DEEPER FOR SPECIAL DESIGNS RELATING TO
 ACCESSIBLE FIXTURES. WHERE A TRAP SEAL IS SUBJECT TO
 LOSS BY EVAPORATION, A TRAP SEAL PRIMER VALVE SHALL BE
 INSTALLED. TRAP SEAL PRIMER VALVES SHALL CONNECT TO THE
 TRAP AT A POINT ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE TRAP SEAL. A
 TRAP SEAL PRIMER VALVE SHALL CONFORM TO ASSE 1018 OR
 ASSE 1044.
