 DOES NOT MATCH THE ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION (721 VILLAGE BOULEVARD - #207).
  
 THE PLANS INDICATE THIS TO BE A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY;
 HOWEVER, AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY IS MORE APPROPRIATE FOR
 THIS LARGE MEETING ROOM. AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY IS
 DEFINED AS "AN OCCUPANCY USED FOR A GATHERING OF 50 OR
 MORE PERSONS FOR DELIBERATION, WORSHIP, ENTERTAINMENT,
 EATING, DRINKING, AMUSEMENT, AWAITING TRANSPORTATION,
 OR SIMILAR USES." USING AN OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR OF 15
 SQ.FT. PER PERSON, THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PERSONS IN THIS
 SPACE WILL EXCEED 50 (900 SQ.FT. / 15 = 60 PERSONS).
  
 FOR ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCIES WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR
 MORE PERSONS, PANIC HARDWARE SHALL BE PROVIDED ON DOORS
 TO RELEASE THE LOCK/LATCH. NO OTHER LOCKS OR LATCHES

 HARDWARE. AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PANIC HARDWARE, THE MAIN
 ENTRANCE IS PERMITTED TO HAVE AN INTERIOR KEYED DOOR
 LOCK (AND NO LATCH) WITH A READILY VISIBLE SIGN STATING
 THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN THE BUILDING IS
 OCCUPIED. SIGN LETTERS SHALL BE AT LEAST 1 INCH IN
 HEIGHT. A THUMB TURN STYLE LOCK IS NOT PERMITTED TO BE
 SUBSTITUTED FOR A KEYED LOCK.
  
 EVERY ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY ROOM NOT HAVING FIXED SEATS
 SHALL HAVE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE ROOM POSTED IN A
 CONSPICUOUS PLACE NEAR THE MAIN EXIT FROM THE ROOM.
 SIGNS SHALL BE DURABLE AND INDICATE THE NUMBER OF
