 A 3.5 TON SYSTEM (42,000 BTU). THESE TWO DOCUMENTS
 SHOULD MATCH. PLEASE CLARIFY. 2010 FBC ENERGY
 CONSERVATION SECTION 101.4.7.1.2 NOTE: IT APPEARS THAT
 THE ORIGINAL ENERGY CALCULATIONS WERE WORST CASE AND
 THE NEW ONES ARE SITE SPECIFIC AS REQUIRED BY THE 2010
 ENERGY CODE.
  
 2) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF AN EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE
 SPECIFYING THE MODEL NUMBERS AND OVERCURRENT PROTECTION
 REQUIREMENTS. YOU CAN USE THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACHES
 A/C CHANGE OUT FORM FOR THIS. THE EQUIPMENT MUST MATCH
 THE SIZING CALCULATIONS. 2010 FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION
 SECTION 101.4.3 & TABLE 101.4.1
  
 3) BECAUSE THE DUCT WORK IS BEING REPLACED WITH NEW,
 THE INSTALLATION SHALL COMPLY WITH FBCR M1602.4 FOR
 BALANCED RETURN AIR. 2010 FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION
