 1) CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH LOCAL AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 2010 CHAPTER 1 ADMINISTRATION
 107.1 WHO EVER THE DESIGNER IS FOR THE BUILDING SET OF
 PLANS WILL NEED TO PRINT, SIGN THEIR NAME AND LICENSE
 NUMBER ON THE PLANS, FOR EACH OF THE TRADES. THE CGC
 CAN ONLY DESIGN THE BUILDING PORTTION OF PLANS, AND
 THEY HAVE TO ALSO BE THE ONES TO COMPLETE THE WORK
 UNDER THE PERMIT, THIS GOES FOR EACH OF THE TRADES
 INVOLED.
  
 2) THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE WHAT THE UNIT LOOKED LIKE
 BEFORE THE REMODEL, WE ARE UNABLE TO KNOW WHAT IS
 EXISTING AND WHAT IS NEW. PLEASE PROVIDE EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED FLOOR PLANS. CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH LOCAL
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 2010 CHAPTER 1
 ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES.
  
 3) PLEASE IDENTIFY IF THIS UNIT IS A TOWNHOUSE UNIT OR
 IS THIS A TOWNHOUSE UNIT, IT WILL DETERMINE TO WHICH
 CODE BOOK WE CONDUCT OUR REVIEW.

 TO THE EXTERIOR FROM THE RENOVATED BATHROOM, IS THIS A
 NEW OPENING, IF SO PLEASE PROVIDE THE TYPE OF EXTERIOR
 WALLS ARE BEING CONSTRUCTEDPROVIDE FINSHES AND PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR THE NEW DOOR OPENING. 107.2.1.3
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 5) PLANS APPEAR THAT PARTS OF THE BATHROOM FLOOR WILL
 BE REMOVED FOR THE NEW PLUMBING WASTE PIPING. PLEASE
 PROVIDE HOW THE FLOOR SLAB IS GOING TO BE REPAIRED IF
 IT IS A CONCRETE SLAB. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 IS REQUIRED. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS FOR COMPLIANCE
 WITH:
 5A) 2010 FBC 1816.1.4
 IF SOIL TREATMENT IS USED FOR SUBTERRANEAN TERMITE
 PREVENTION, CHEMICALLY TREATED SOIL SHALL BE PROTECTED
 WITH A MINIMUM 6 MILLIMETER VAPOR RETARDER TO PROTECT
 AGAINST RAINFALL DILUTION. IF RAINFALL OCCURS BEFORE
 VAPOR RETARDER PLACEMENT, RETREATMENT IS REQUIRED. ANY
 WORK, INCLUDING PLACEMENT OF REINFORCING STEEL, DONE
 AFTER CHEMICAL TREATMENT UNTIL THE CONCRETE FLOOR IS
 POURED, SHALL BE DONE IN SUCH MANNER AS TO AVOID
 PENETRATING OR DISTURBING TREATED SOIL.

 HE ASSURED ME THAT ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE WILL BE MET BY

 ANY COMBINATION OF FIXTURES WITHIN TWO BATHROOM GROUPS
 LOCATED ON THE SAME FLOOR LEVEL IS PERMITTED TO BE
 VENTED BY A HORIZONTAL WET VENT. THE WET VENT SHALL BE
 CONSIDERED THE VENT FOR THE FIXTURES AND SHALL EXTEND
 FROM THE CONNECTION OF THE DRY VENT ALONG THE DIRECTION
 OF THE FLOW IN THE DRAIN PIPE TO THE MOST DOWNSTREAM
 FIXTURE DRAIN CONNECTION TO THE HORIZONTAL BRANCH
