 1. THE DOCK SHALL NOT BE USED FOR ANY COMMERCIAL
 PURPOSE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROVIDING
 ACCESS TO ANY COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE, DOCKING A BOAT FOR
 A FEE, FISHING VENTURES FOR A FEE, MARINE SALVAGE
 VENTURES, TEACHING OR TRAINING OF ANY MARINE-RELATED
 ACTIVITY, AND THE SALE OF MARINE-RELATED PRODUCTS.
  
 3. ALL DECKING ON THE DOCK AND TERMINAL PLATFORM SHALL
 BE CONSTRUCTED OF A GRATED MATERIAL WITH A MINIMUM OF
 43 PERCENT OPEN SPACE SO AS TO MINIMIZE IMPACT ON
 MARINE GRASSES.
  
 5. THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED DOCK,
 TURBIDITY CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE UTILIZED.
  
 6. THE OWNER/APPLICANT SHALL OBTAIN ALL APPLICABLE
 EASEMENTS AND/OR PERMITS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE
 ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING SERVICES ACROSS SOUTH FLAGLER
 DRIVE TO THE PROPOSED DOCK.
  
 7. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
 FOR THE PROPOSED DOCK, ALL MOORING SLIPS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH APPROPRIATE CONNECTIONS FOR POTABLE WATER
 AND ELECTRICAL SERVICE.
