 1) NEC 230.2 REQUIRES ONE SERVICE FOR THIS BUILDING AND
 THE PLANS SHOW TWO SEPARATE SERVICES. PLEASE REVISE THE
 RISER DIAGRAM.
  
 2) PROVIDE A HOUSE LOAD CALCULATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 NEC 220.84 (B) AND 220.85 TO DETERMINE THE SERVICE
 LOAD. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE DWELLING UNIT LOADS
 CALCULATED IN COMPLIANCE WITH NEC 220.40.
  
 3) THE CALCULATIONS THAT WERE SUBMITTED HAVE AN ERROR
 IN THE ADDITION FOR THE TOTAL LOAD. IT SHOULD BE 26,000
 WATTS. THIS IS EQUAL TO 108 AMPS. BASED ON YOUR
 CALCULATIONS THE SPECIFIED PANEL SIZE OF 100 AMPS IS
 TOO SMALL PER NEC 220.40. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) THERE IS NO WATER HEATER INDICATED ON THE PLANS OR
 WATER HEATER CIRCUIT SHOWN IN THE PANEL SCHEDULE FOR
 THE SECOND FLOOR UNIT. IF THE INTENT IS FOR BOTH UNITS
 TO SHARE ONE WATER HEATER IT SHOULD BE LOCATED IN A
 COMMON AREA AND FEED FROM A METER THAT SERVICES THE
 COMMON AREAS. OTHERWISE, THE OCCUPANT IN UNIT ONE IS
 PAYING TO HEAT THE WATER FOR UNIT TWO. THIS APPEARS TO
