 WITH THE MINIMUM TREE PLANTING REQUIREMENT OF ONE TREE
 PER 1,200 SQ. OF OPEN SPACE. STAFF'S CALCULATION SHOW
 THAT 3 TREES WILL BE REQUIRED (APPLICANT CAN PROVIDE
 THEIR OWN CALCULATION). PLEASE INDICATE ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN ANY EXISTING AND PROPOSED TREES. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT ONLY 35% OF REQUIRED TREES CAN BE PALM TREES
 (PALM TREE SUBSTITUTION: 1 TREE = 2 PALM TREES AND THEY

 OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($9,843) ACCORDING TO THE
 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ZLDR SEC. 94-442. IF THE SITE
 CONFORMS TO ZLDR SEC. 94-442, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ZLDR SEC. 94-442, THEN PRIOR TO THE
 ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE
