 1. THIS PROPERTY HAS EXPIRED PERMITS, PLEASE ADVISE AS

 2. THERE IS A VIOLATION ON THIS DOCK; INSTALLATION OF A
 JET SKI LIFT WITHOUT A PERMIT. PLEASE ADDRESS. THIS MAY
 BE ADDED ON TO THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT OR MAY BE A
 SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 3. PROVIDE REVISED PERMIT APPLICATION DESCRIPTION TO
 INCLUDE DOCK CONSTRUCTION AND PROVIDE AN UPDATED
 VALUATION FOR EXISTING DOCK AS THE EXISTING DOCK WAS
 NOT PERMITTED. AS PLANS SUBMITTED STATE "AS BUILT" THEY
 ARE ADEQUATE FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES.

2013-08-05 16:31:38ACCORDING TO THE PLANNING DIVISION'S RECORDS, A CLASS A
 SPECIAL USE PERMIT WAS ISSUED FOR THE DOCK ON SEPTEMBER
 8, 1998 (SEE RESOLUTION NO. 340-98). IT IS MY
 UNDERSTANDING THAT A BUILDING PERMIT WAS ISSUED FOR THE
 PROPERTY (PERMIT #98091097) ON 10/05/1998. THE PERMIT,
 HOWEVER, WAS VOIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR BEFORE
 INSPECTIONS WERE COMPLETED. THEREFORE, THE EXISTING
 DOCK WAS NEVER "FINALED".
  
 BASED UPON THIS INFORMATION, THE EXISTING DOCK DOES NOT
 NEED TO OBTAIN A CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT, AS ONE WAS
 PREVIOUSLY GRANTED AND VESTED BY COMMENCEMENT OF THE
 CONSTRUCTION; HOWEVER ALL VIOLATION ISSUES NEED TO BE
 RESOLVED WITH THE BUILDING DIVISION REGARDING THE FACT
 THAT THE PREVIOUS PERMIT WAS VOIDED AND THE EXISTING
 DOCK DID NOT RECEIVE FINAL INSPECTIONS.
  
 THEREFORE, IT APPEARS THAT THE ISSUES PERTAINING TO THE
 DOCK ARE NOT ZONING RELATED, AND ALL OUTSTANDING ISSUES
 NEED TO BE RESOLVED WITH THE BUILDING DIVISION. ZONING
 AND FUTURE CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMITS MAY COME IN TO
 PLAY IF THERE IS A PROPOSED EXPANSION TO THE DOCK, ETC.
 BEYOND THAT WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY RESOLUTION
 NO. 340-98.
