 THIS PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE PLAN APPROVED BY
 RESOLUTION NO. 1-08 OR THE WAIVERS/VARINACES APPROVED
 BY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS CASE NO. 3211. FURTHERMORE,
 THE PLAN TRIGGERS THE MAJOR DSI AMENDMENT THRESHOLD OF
 AN INCREASE IN 5% OF THE BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE. PRIOR
 TO ANY FURTHER REVIEW OF THE BUILDING PERMIT PLANS, THE
 NEW BUILDING AND ALL OF THE WAIVERS/VARIANCES WILL NEED
 TO BE APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION AND THE ZONING
 BOARD OF APPEALS, RESPECTIVELY. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 PLANS SHOW A 10 STORY BUILDING, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED
 WITHIN CMUD TYPE 1 ZONING.
